The goods are stuffed into the containers at our warehouse under the supervision of our staff. We provide stuffing of the mixed containers and short-term storage of the goods until your next loading. It gives you an opportunity to purchase different items in small quantity from us. So your turnover will be faster, sales will be more stable and the warehouse will not be overstocked.

For some items, there is minimum order quantity (MOQ), but still we do our best to minimize the requirements and let you purchase only the quantity you really need.
To personalize your good, we can stamp or print your logo on the products or packages. These wishes must be discussed in advance, as some minimum quantity may be required.
Terms of payment: 20% – downpayment and 80% – paid before loading.
The export documents (such as sales agreement, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin) are prepared by Superon. If you need some specific documents or certificates, please inform us in advance.
We don’t provide customs clearing service in your country.
In addition to this, when we select the suppliers, we check the quality and tech characteristics in specialized test companies (such as, SGS) or in our testing department. It helps us to choose the most stable products and reliable suppliers.
In case we detect the defective products during our inspection, we inform the customers in advance and find the solution through discussion before the loading.
Do you have any dealers or representatives out of China?
No, we don’t. We’d be glad to cooperate directly. At the moment our company does not sign any agreements concerning dealership or representation.
What are delivery costs?
We only offer FOB prices. As for transportation, you can apply to any transportation company and ask them to quote ocean freight costs.
What is the approximate cost of a container of goods in China?
It depends on goods, in general the total value of the order of one container varies from 25 000 usd up to 60 000 usd and higher.
Can we order less than one container?
Yes, you can also place an order for a small amount. In case the order amount is below 10.000 USD we may ask you to pay some of the export expenses.
Can you send the samples to check the quality?
Yes, we can send the samples to you after we make up an order and discuss the prices and other details. You can pay downpayment after you see our samples.
Can you supply the products that are not presented on your web-site?
Yes, if these products are related with furniture fittings. You just need to send us the photo, drawing (in any format) or explanation of the details.
What are the production period?
Usually it takes 25-30 days to complete your orders. It depends on the products, quantity and the work load of the factories.
Can you send us you full price-list?
No, we don’t prepare the full price-list of the products presented on our web-site. Because the products are produced upon your order and the costs of the raw materials (as well as other costs) change continuously. So we have to update the prices very often. By the way, it helps you to purchase the goods at market prices, not higher.
